Kelly R. Dee - PRESIDENT

Kelly graduated with honors from the University of Florida with dual degrees: a Masters Degree in Accounting (Tax Specialty) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. He worked in the Auditing Department of an international accounting firm before finding his way back to his hometown of Naples, Florida. He became a licensed CPA immediately after graduation. Kelly obtained his Certified Financial Planner Certification in 2000. Kelly’s primary focus is designing sophisticated tax strategies and solutions for individual and business clients. Kelly is also fully engaged in establishing efficient processes within the firm to effectively manage client engagements.

In his free time Kelly enjoys diving, boating and paddleboarding. Kelly is also an avid cyclist and triathlete. Kelly has been married to Meredith since 1995 and has two children. Kelly’s family originally hails from the farm fields of central Iowa, in the heart of the Midwest, although he is a longtime Neapolitan since his parents relocated to Naples from Iowa in 1972.

Christine M. Davison - MANAGER

Chris graduated from Youngstown State University, majoring in Accounting with a minor in Mathematics. Chris worked for a regional firm in Youngstown, Ohio for several years before moving to Naples and joining Dee & Associates in 1988. Chris grew up helping her family manage their family-owned restaurant, including assisting with the bookkeeping and accounting functions. Chris assists with the compliance and planning needs of many of our small business clients. In her spare time Chris enjoys cooking, traveling and watching college football.

Kimberly Perne - MANAGER

Kim is a graduate of Michigan State University where she obtained her degree in Accounting. Kim worked in the auditing and tax departments for an international accounting firm before joining Dee & Associates in 1993. Kim grew up in a family that owned an investment advisory business and was exposed to the financial world at a very young age. She assists with the compliance and planning needs of many of our individual clients. Kim spends time in the summers traveling to Alaska, the Mediterranean Coast and the Baltics. She enjoys playing golf and watching Spartan football and basketball. She is also a Red Wings hockey fan and a close follower of the PGA Tour.

Marsha Dee - BOOKKEEPER

Marsha has been providing bookkeeping services to clients of the firm for over 30 years. After her husband Bruce Dee started the firm in 1976, Marsha came on board to lend administrative assistance. She continues to enjoy the day-to-day challenges of her work – providing monthly bookkeeping and payroll services for a select group of clientele, some of whom have been clients for three decades. We plan to have Marsha around for a long time!

Zach Campbell

Zach graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2016 with both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree
in Accounting. Soon after graduation, he became a licensed CPA and began his professional career in
public accounting. Zach has several years of experience working in the tax department of two Big 4
accounting firms.
Zach grew up in New Jersey as one of four brothers. After spending time in Florida with his fiancé LeeLee
and continuing to work remotely, they decided to permanently relocate to The Sunshine State in the
spring of 2022. Zach connected with Dee & Associates in late summer 2022 and made the move to
Naples shortly thereafter to join the Dee and Associates team as a senior tax adviser.
Zach enjoys exercising, golfing, snowboarding, relaxing at the beach, and cooking.

Joanna Guyer - OFFICE MANAGER

Joanna found her way to Naples from Philadelphia, PA in 2004. Joanna brings administrative experience to the firm in both the banking and insurance worlds. Joanna is the voice of the firm and is typically who you will hear when you call our office. Joanna and her husband are proud parents of a daughter, Arianna. Joanna enjoys date nights with her husband – they are both cinema enthusiasts.

Kendra Winn - Senior Tax Accountant

Kendra graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University, majoring in Accounting & Taxation in 2005. She has experience in public accounting, predominately in the fields of business and individual taxation and planning services. A native of Florida, she enjoys going to the beach, boating, and camping with family and friends. She has two very active sons: Benjamin and Matthew, who are in elementary school.
